Consulting is the heart of my business. I have to understand your business, your dreams, and your goals in order to provide value. The value-add may be in seeing what is not known. Other times, the value-add is in recognizing other potentials that have gone unnoticed.  My goal is to listen, explore, and then to do what cannot be done.

Sometimes, the thing that is most needed is a fresh approach.   Look at things from a very different point of view.   What opportunities lay hiding?   What other techniques can be used to accomplish the same goal?   How determined are we to make these things happen?

Once the plan is created, the goal is then to implement it.
